Any information you provide to us, Is stored and encrypted securely by our booking management company Eviivo. Guest registration forms are securely stored in a locked cabinet and shredded after the end of the tax year. We only ever use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose.
We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside our business. We store notes with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service.
We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us.
We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm booking reservations and provide you with any supplementary information . We consider your having made the reservation in the first instance, as consent to undertake this activity but, if you prefer, you may specify preferred method of contact.
After staying at our hotel, we may on occasion send you an email asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.
Very occasionally, certainly no more than once a year, we may email you with details of a special local event and promotion that we are planning, to run in tandem, of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
The UK government revised the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, which came into force in the UK on 26 May 2012, to address new EU requirements.
